$99.99 to fix the "red rings".
$109.99 to replace the disc drive.
3) DO YOU CHARGE FOR DIAGNOSTICS OR ESTIMATES?
We do not charge for diagnostics or for an estimate.
You will be charged ONLY $99.99 - $109.99. In the event that we can not repair your XBOX, you will be charged $39.99 for the repair attempt fee.
4) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Most repairs take 6 days.
5) WILL YOU DELETE MY DATA OR GAME SAVES?
We will not delete your data or game saves.
6) DO I PAY WHEN I DROP OFF, OR PICK UP?
You pay when you pick up.
7) WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Please bring in only the console - not the power supply.
8) HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
Red Ring Repairs have a 30 Day Warranty.
Disc Drive Repairs have a 180 Day Warranty.
9) DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
You do not need an appintment, just come during business hours.
